The actual time of a consulting project can be influenced by a number of factors including the complexity of your market and business model, the level of your needs and challenges, the organization size and the project’s scope.
A simple engagement takes a few weeks for a quick assessment and consultation. Other projects may extend well over a year for enterprise change management and business transformation initiatives.
Quick fixes can be realized within the first 90 days; however, it normally takes minimum 12 months to effect significant change or creating meaningful improvement. This is obviously dependent on the client’s commitment to learning and implementing change
Initially, we conduct a free consultation session with you to learn your specific business needs, advise on outlined recommendations and explore anything that we can help you with. At that point we will agree a commercial rate with you that will be based on the project scope and the complexity of your industry and business model.
Our experience is that you can quickly recover our costs through the impact we make on the profitability and performance of your business.
The project scope is typically articulated during the initial sessions of consultation, considering the client’s RFP, business aspirations, challenges and organizational complexity. Sometimes, we recommend an assessment phase at the beginning of the project to ensure developing the best solutions that meet your organization agenda.
Every client’s situation is unique. However, a typical consulting project is started and organized as follows:
  • Conducting an Initial consultation meeting to understand your basic needs and challenges.
  • If we require further information before or during building the proposal, we’ll sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
  • Developing a proposal that includes a SOW (scope of work), pricing, timelines, deliverables and any other options.
  • Once the project scope is agreed, we’ll start the effective collaboration with a regular quality assurance plan, communication plan and milestone reporting.
  • By the end of the project, we’ll finalize knowledge transfer so your team will be able to put our solutions into practice.
  • Provide ongoing support at no additional charge.
Our Code of Ethics strictly forbids any of our consultants or subject matter expert to discuss your business with anyone. We prefer to use a mutual NDA so that our own consulting know-how can be protected as well.
One of our jobs is to help you avoid pitfalls. We’ll challenge your ideas and assumptions so that you’ll be prepared for the tough challenges when you implement your strategy. In the unlikely event that you do not agree with our findings, we will discuss the reasons and ultimately will leave the final decision to you.
After we officially close out the project, we’ll remain available, at no extra charge, to answer follow-up questions, provide advice, and ensure that everything is working the way it should and you continue seeing the results you expect.
